The fried Gobi pieces to this mixture and depending upon the dryness of the mixture, you may add 2 more tablespoons of the sweet & sour sauce. Same procedure for veg. manchurian, but instead of using only cauliflower, use finely chopped minced vegetables and bind with some cornflour or bread crumbs and make small lumps the size of a pingpong ball. Fry as above and proceed as above.

Chicken Manchurian is a favorite among fans, it is easy to prepare and tasty. . A vegetarian version can be made by easily substituting the chicken pieces with cauliflower florets.
The Chicken Manchurian easy to make, which completes half the work. For gravy, it follows more of a Chinese style than an indo-chinese. Those who prefer the sweet taste of the manchurian, don’t add sugar. If there is chicken broth available, substitute the water with the chicken broth. Enjoy the recipe with the chicken fried rice.

Place a small skillet over medium heat and add the almonds. Stir frequently and cook until you start to smell them, about 3-4 minutes. While the water is close to coming to a boil, heat EVOO in large skillet over medium-high heat. When the oil ripples, add shrimp and cook for about 1 minute. Add peppers, scallions and garlic, and cook about 3 minutes more.

* 1/4 cup sliced or slivered almonds
* 1 pound fideos or very thin egg noodles
* 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO)
